Product Applications of Dioctyl Sulfosuccinate Sodium Salt CAS#577-11-7
Docusate sodium is commonly applied in the treatment of constipation, functioning as a laxative and stool softener. It is also utilized in producing electrospun fibers for the tailored and controlled delivery of antibiotic medications. This product serves as an effective emulsifier, detergent, and penetrating agent in the textile industry. It functions as a thickening agent with excellent penetration and wetting properties, as well as an emulsifier and wetting agent. This product is widely recognized as a surfactant, emulsifier, and wetting agent. Also known as Aerosol OT, it can be used as a lubricant and applied as a surfactant, emulsifier, and wetting agent in the textile printing, dyeing, and cosmetics industries. It can be combined with CAPSO to create microemulsion electrophoresis for the detection of natural and synthetic estrogens. It is also used to prepare reversed-phase microparticles in hydrocarbon solvents and is suitable for solubilizing most membrane proteins. In the printing and dyeing industry, it serves as a surfactant and leveling agent. Additionally, it can be applied as an emulsion for photosensitive materials and used as a surfactant and penetrating agent in textile printing and dyeing processes.
