Products Description
Coconut diethanolamide, also known as CDEA or surfactant 6501, carries CAS 68603-42-9. It is a nonionic surfactant synthesized from coconut fatty acid and diethanolamine. It appears as pale yellow viscous liquid at room temperature, with pH 9.0–11.0 and good water solubility. Different ratios including 1:1, 1:1.5 and 1:2 are available for different formulation demands. It works synergistically with anionic surfactants to boost foaming and thickening. Our product has stable amide content and low free amine. It is non-dangerous goods for transportation, normally packed in 200kg plastic drums, widely supplied for daily chemical factories.

Product Application
It is a core additive widely used in shampoo, body wash, bubble bath, hand sanitizer and dishwashing liquid as foam booster, thickener and emulsifier. It is also applied in laundry detergent, industrial degreaser, car wash liquid and textile wetting agents. It can improve cleaning power and stabilize formula systems. In addition, it serves as anti-corrosion auxiliary for metal working fluids and penetrant agent in textile processing. Multiple grades are offered to match cosmetic or industrial formulations, helping formulators achieve stable viscosity and rich foam under different water quality conditions.
