Potassium Phosphate Monobasic CAS#7778‑77‑0
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, also known as monopotassium orthophosphate (MKP), is a freely water-soluble inorganic phosphate salt. Its standard enthalpy of formation is -376.1 kcal/mol, and it serves as the starting raw material for the synthesis of potassium metaphosphate.
It is widely used to prepare phosphate buffer solutions for laboratory analysis, biochemical testing and fermentation systems. As a high-purity fully water-soluble PK fertilizer with formula 0-52-34, it promotes flower bud differentiation, improves fruit setting and enhances crop stress resistance for fruits, vegetables and cash crops.
It also finds applications in food additives, industrial pH regulators, fire retardants and feed nutrient supplements.
